We’ve spent the past year living in the South Waterfront area of Portland and have really enjoyed it down here. The neighborhood is very clean, safe, and quiet—plus centrally located making it easy to learn and navigate the city. That said, it does feel a bit isolated, as the community here mainly consists of OHSU medical students and retirees. While I’ll definitely miss these awesome views, I’m thrilled about the next chapter as we move into our larger space in the Pearl District.
Hi there! My name is Saeed Rahbaran and I’m a photographer now based in Portland, Oregon. I’m Iranian-Mexican-American (quite the mix, I know!) and was born in Vienna, Virginia. I spent the last 20 or so years living in Las Vegas before making the move to Portland.
